Refund policy

Returns 

Personalized products are non-refundable, since they are made at the customer's request, except in the following cases:

  • Items with defects and/or manufacturing errors on our part.
  • Items that do not correspond to the one purchased (for example we sent another model by mistake).
  • Breakage by the transport company (must be reported within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the order).
  • If for any reason the order cannot be placed, the amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 days.

Returns are not accepted outside of these case.
